Refund & Returns Policy

Returns within 7 days

Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return delivery is at your cost unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty products

If a product develops a fault, it is covered by its warranty for the full warranty period. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange inspection, repair or replacement.

What cannot be returned

Software licences once activated, consumables once opened, and any product with physical damage caused after delivery.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank.
